The Massachusetts Police Association is proud to announce its endorsement of David Solet for Middlesex County District Attorney.
After careful consideration, the MPA Board of Directors voted to support David Solet based on his extensive experience in criminal prosecution, commitment to public safety, and longstanding partnership with law enforcement professionals throughout the Commonwealth.
David has dedicated his career to the pursuit of justice. He previously served as Chief of the Cold Case Homicide Unit for the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, where he worked alongside local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to solve some of the Commonwealth’s most challenging cases. Throughout his career, he has prosecuted cases involving homicide, child exploitation, organized crime, narcotics trafficking, public corruption, and violent offenders. He has also served as Chief Legal Counsel for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security and continues to serve our nation as an officer in the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
David has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of the challenges facing law enforcement and victims of crime. His campaign emphasizes strengthening investigations, addressing illegal gun trafficking, supporting victims, and ensuring the fair and effective administration of justice throughout Middlesex County.
The MPA looks forward to working with leaders who recognize the importance of supporting law enforcement while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and public service.
