A vote has been scheduled in the House for 11/12 on H82 which would allow Massachusetts public employees to collect their full social security benefit. Early this week members of the Freedom caucus moved to table any action. Although there are several possible outcomes, this is the closest to passage. Given recent election results with a Republican sweep of congress this may be our best chance. We will remain focused on getting this over the goal line.
